OVERVIEW This website is operated by the American German Club of the Palm Beaches. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the American German Club of the Palm Beaches. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - NONPROFIT STATUS & TAX DISCLOSURE The American German Club of the Palm Beaches is a nonprofit organization incorporated in Florida and recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization.

  • Non-Deductibility: Contributions or gifts to the American German Club of the Palm Beaches are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

  • Florida Solicitation Disclosure: A COPY OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE DIVISION OF CONSUMER SERVICES BY CALLING TOLL-FREE (800-435-7352) WITHIN THE STATE. REGISTRATION DOES NOT IMPLY ENDORSEMENT, APPROVAL, OR RECOMMENDATION BY THE STATE. 

SECTION 2 - ALL SALES FINAL In accordance with our Refund Policy, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise reported within 7 days of delivery.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 4 - PROHIBITED USES You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

SECTION 5 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no case shall the American German Club of the Palm Beaches, our directors, officers, employees, or volunteers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
