Thank you for supporting the American German Club of the Palm Beaches. As a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization, the proceeds from our shop directly support our mission of bringing people together to enjoy culture, camaraderie, and time-honored traditions. Because these funds are put to work immediately, we maintain a strict return policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
Except as provided in Section 2 below, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind," incorrect size selection, or preference. Please review your order carefully, including sizing charts where applicable, before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Reporting Window: You must notify us of any damage within 7 days of receiving your order.

Evidence Required: To process your request, please email MerchHaus@americangermanclub.org with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will either send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Florida Statutory Notice
In accordance with Florida Statute § 501.142, please be advised that the American German Club of the Palm Beaches does not offer refunds or credit on merchandise unless the item is determined to be damaged or defective.
4. Shipping Issues
If an item is returned to us by the carrier as "undeliverable" due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
